Bachelor of Science

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is recognized by health care agencies as providing students with excellent preparation for the nursing profession. Graduates are in great demand and enjoy a large number of career opportunities. The program is fully accredited by the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. In 2016, our BSN pass rates on the national licensure exam were 12 percent above the national average.

BS/BA to Bachelor of Science

The BS/BA to BSN program is an accelerated program for college graduates who wish to become a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing. The program, offered on the Morgantown campus, is designed for full-time study. After 18 months of continuous enrollment, successful students obtain the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) and are eligible to take the licensing examination for registered professional nurse (RN). In 2016, graduates of our BS/BA program had a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX.

RN to Bachelor of Science

Our online RN to BSN program offers graduates of diploma and associate degree nursing programs the opportunity to complete requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN). Nursing courses in the RN to BSN program are designed for completion in three semesters of full-time study. All the courses are offered as web courses and in-state tuition rates apply to all RSN-BSN students, regardless of residency.

RN to Master of Science

The RN to MSN program is designed for the registered nurse who is a graduate of an associate degree nursing program and is interested in a program that leads to the Master of Science in Nursing degree. The RN to MSN, done primarily online, is designed for completion in eight semesters of full-time study, with students earning a BSN and then progressing to the MSN portion of the program.
