Ready to make a change in your relationship with stress?

If you’re ready to integrate mindfulness in your own life and your work, the "Mindful Steps to Stress Less" program is a good starting point for HSC employees. This new a 4-week session starts June 5 and is 1 hour per week. Classes will be on Mondays (June 5,12,19 and 26) from 4:30-5:30 pm in room G119. For more information, click here. 

The course will be taught by Nicole Gauthier-Schatz – certified yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist, stress management specialist and certified holistic lifestyle teacher.
