Observe Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month with Dress in Blue Day

Group Photo -- Fri., Mar. 3, 2 p.m., Cancer Institute Atrium

Friday, March 3, 2017

The West Virginia Program to Increase Colorectal Cancer Screening (WV PICCS) at the WVU Cancer Institute invites you to wear your favorite shade of blue on Friday, March 3 and come to the atrium at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center that day at 2P for a Dress in Blue Day group photo. Please join us as we observe Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month!

Colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer-related deaths in West Virginia. While colon cancer is a significant problem, it does not have to be. If men and women aged 50 years and older are regularly tested for colorectal cancer, at least 60% of deaths from this disease could be avoided.
